There is no poster-boy for the setting as a whole, just a common ancestor, an up-armored exploration exoskeleton that the early colonists made heavy use of. Instead, each faction and manufacturer has their own flagship design.
For example, the Streltsy field the standard-issue "Czako" walker, a barrel-shaped unit with heavy, stubby legs. There are two mounting points on the side for various arm turrets, typically a pair of autocannon on the left and guided rockets on the right. The operator climbs in from a hatch on the top, seated with most of the machine's bulk to his front. On the back, it has a bracing arm for stability when in artillery roles, that can also be used to right itself if the walker falls over.
Meanwhile, Fella's most recognizable mech is the Elias II, issued to their finest sentinels. These are humanoid in shape, using modern power cells and neural interfaces to give the knight-like machines excellent mobility for their mass. Pilots sit in the upper torso with their heads placed just inside the "neck" of the mech, protected by a "gorget" on the outside. They can carry modular weapon packages, but most often are seen holding a vibrospear with unit pennon, and a ballistic shield.

Artstation and Pixiv are my go-to options, sometimes DeviantArt if you can wade through all the fetish and AI garbage to find real artists. Try searching for keywords like "golem" and "construct" for more fantasy-aligned results. Good luck, anon.
