You caught me... I'm always lurking this thread for any Darumi mention.

I wonder how Takumi's mom would feel if he was bringing Karua home everyday, then it suddenly becomes some girl she's never seen before that looks like someone who'd never hang around her painfully average son.

I have no choice but to grant Darumi with the occasional happiness! I feel like those moments would hold a lot more weight to her if everything else in her life sucked so Takumi's presence would make it bearable. Staying the night at his house becomes a regular thing for her and she manages to fix her sleep schedule a bit for the first time in years.. And it's not like her deadbeat dad would care where she ran off to, as long as he doesn't go into her room and she's there to pay the bills every so often.
