To think that Denji would be incapacitated while Yoru is fine, that's a twist no one was expecting. Interesting chapter 9/10, despite Asa's absence, unless...

There are a lot of ambiguous things left in the air regarding Yoru's character and Nuclear Weapons devil revival. To start, Yoru reaction is odd, to shed tears for Nuclear Weapons revival and not even celebrate or snark at Fallings defeat is new to her character. But is her reaction due to Nuclear Weapon's revival or something else?

To add, if it really is Nuclear Weapons and she's just emotional over her precious child returning, that reaction started before she saw the news, did she remember it because of that strike to her head or was it the fear of the soviet people being in the receiving end that made her remember? because if it was just the discovery, presumably she would have found a long time ago (when the weapon was first theorized).

Even the reasoning behind her reaction is a point of contention, are those tears of happiness or did she remember something terrific? the name of the chapter "A Terrifying Weapon" could very well be from her own perspective, along with it, she could have remember something best left forgotten.

Lastly there is Yoru's questioning over her memory, it could be something silly like her fun with Denji made her forget her original goals or it could be actual faulty memory that a hit to her noggin fixed somehow. if it's the former, will she reject her newfound love and reignite her conflict with Asa or will she embrace it?

If she really remembered nuclear weapons and she actually had faulty memory, there is a possibility that this is not Yoru but Asa or something even weirder...all paths open up endless questions.
