Yeah, you're somewhat accurate. I actually don't like to let people get close to me because when I fall in love, I love extremely hard and I can't bear losing someone I care about. I'd rather not let someone in to begin with if I might suffer the pain of losing that person.
For the few people I have let in I have very obsessive, stalkerish tendencies and have done some rather embarrassing and extreme things for these people.
You are right though, I absolutely love being in love.
