There is suffering because for anything other than Godhead to exist there must be separation - between differentiated parts. Inevitably those parts are different - some enjoy, some suffer.
Without suffering (almost) nothing would exist.

God's love of separated beings (You) is self love, because God is in all (omnipresence).
God gives you freedom. Then you choose outcomes (literally everything you experience).

yes everything outside nirvana is experienced temporarily (i.e. separated beings experience change), yet the possibility exists eternally (i.e. the reality where your dog is alive and happy with you always exists, even though you have changed your coordinates).
beings manifest what they focus on. negative focus leads to negative outcomes.
additionally, abandoning your own power (i.e. Godspark/creative power within) makes you feel shit.
