Motoha having been gaslit by this point thinks she really did injure her idol and ruin his career and basically quits out of shame and regret.
the kids can be forgiven, motoha was basically gaslit by them and adults into thinking she ruined a guy she worshiped life.

The only bad part about motohas story in my opinion is half way through it turns into him being a massive incel for some reason, instead of an athlete who have his career shut down due to personal problems.
Motoha says this line but it makes no fucking sense, because we never see kiuchi do any of this shit. The only woman we see him interact with is the hostess, he just bumps into the others.
he's starts talking about a girl he liked talking to him, but again it makes no fucking sense at all.
