I actually do wonder, considering that newfags who keep sucking off the dogshit that was World could it be that they refuse to move to Wilds because they have too much of a sunk cost into World and was expecting something akin to an MMO expansion instead of a new generation game?

Don't get me wrong, Wilds is utter dogshit too, but its the first game of its generation and is following the world model of releasing the game half baked and half finished and fixing it in G rank.
