hey guys. am i a tractor?

my parents had this snapper mower for a few years. they stopped using it and it sat for the last 3. I picked it up and got it running. it had issues with the breather and blowby.
now it runs fine.
i pressure washed every inch of it and lubed everything. it runs pretty good now, engine still surges a small bit. the fuel cap vent is broken, and the oil cap seal isnt holding, i need to replace both still.
belt and clutch are good, boots are good, blade is good.
it does need a new battery. how does the battery charge on this thing? there is nothing but a coil plug on this thing. sounds like it needs to be kept on a tickle charger when not used.

im thinking of selling it, i dont need it for anything.
what can I get from out? all examples I see online are around $200 and are in worse or non running conditions.
