Very few of what I've played actually are, that's usually just the pure coomer slop with no redeeming aspects beyond how skimpy the outfits get. Genshin in particular is nothing like a "harem-focused dating sim", the vast majority of the characters don't give a singular fuck about the MC beyond helping them accomplish whatever goal they need done that can't be done alone.
