No real idea, someone should ask that to Altman. Colour balance isn't always the same, which makes the whole thing even harder to understand (if it were fixed one could just assume they just use very blueish calibrated monitors at OpenAI), at least greyscale stuff (even if you use spot colour) come out neutral looking when I tried it.
