I don't think so, but there aren't that many chaotic deception events. If something sounds too good to be true, it probably is. In my experience, refugees aren't chaotic most of the time and goat meat is just goat meat more often than not. I never take backstab an ally deal from magic foreign women.
Maybe Uroxi on the council helps. There might be some sort of hidden "Chaotic" score, but I am not sure how it works and if it influences all the events, or only some of them. I had a game where I focused on fighting Chaos and I got way more chaotic events there than in my other games, where I largely ignored it, just doing usual politics and dealing with local minor chaotic threats.
