I'm probably going to start testing again tomorrow. I've made a measuring stick with measuring tape attached and I'll just test my thighs for the time being.
I thinking of doing some other types of tests as well. I saw some studies on prolonged stretching of the calves (1-2 hours a day) resulting in them getting thicker and stronger in people who had been training prior. I want to see if I can make something to force my glutes to be stretched like that to see if they can be forced to grow. I'll need to make the 3D scanner for this. I may start out with thr claves to see if that will work at least, since I can measure them on the same plank as the thigh. If it worked, it'd be something people could do to boost and isolate their glute training - alternate which glute you stretch every 2-3 months to allow it to return to normal and be stretched again
