Nice Herbs Good Sprouts

1,5oz green chartreuse
0,75oz lime juice
0,5oz simple syrup
mint leaves
top with soda water

Muddle mint leaves. Add chartreuse, lime juice, simple syrup, some ice and stir. Strain into a highball glass filled with ice and top with soda water. Garnish with mint sprigs.
Basically an herbier mojito. Good stuff. Nice, even.
