You do career/daily races/daily team pvp to fill up a progress bar. After getting enough progress, she gives you items when you click the event menu again.
The red circle is the research reports required to level up spark. Each one let you level up your spark by one stars, you get 3 each event and they don't carry over so use it all every time they roll out the event.
The blue circle are the shards for support card uncap items. Rainbow for SSR uncap, yellow for SR uncap.
