Kepler is a C tier publisher, nobody blew a gasket when people called Ultros "indie". They definitely poured more money in it than their past projects but still. They're clearly trying to be like old Devolver, and most people would call their games indies too, because they're from independent studios.
I'm more interested in that they got a publishing contract for PVKK, I've been waiting for this game since the first trailer.
