watching the visionary item scenes:
it does seem like chaos hero just hated the principle of hiding behind others for strength because that's what ozawa did.

ozawa attacks chaos hero by using his men. and he hides behind takeminekata when you confront him after the nukes drop.

there's other things like the steven report character profiles that make it seem like chaos hero didn't like anyone at school nor in his neighborhood and generally disliked things that restricted him, like school.
it also mentions that he hung around ozawa to escape all those stupid things that restricted him.
but ozawa eventually started asking for money and when chaos hero refused, ozawa and his men beat him.

so i kinda get the feeling that chaos hero probably wouldn't like relying on others to gain freedom again because of how ozawa tried to use him in return for giving him freedom from all those stupid things/people he hated.
but that's just using the steven report. i'm not sure it's actually canon but it is where the names kazuya, yuuji, takeshi, and yuka come from.
but the gba visionary scenes make it seem more like ozawa beat chaos hero because he spoke his mind or something.
