Where do I meet chubby women with low self-esteem and passable hygiene

Anyone else getting a weird stuttery feeling in spite of framerate being pretty solid ? I tried various options but it does not help at all, even lowest settings. I also made the mistake of updating my drivers and I feel it made the problem worse.
