I like this. The third relic brings Restage's cd down from 12 seconds to 10 seconds, second relic increases restage damage from 50% of the dmg done in the last 3 seconds to 60%
It's incredibly flexible, play spellcaster if you want, play daggers or my favourite play weapon skills, collect passives that increase/reduce weapon skill fp cost and find something that works or is neutral against the nightlord you're against.
Vyke's spear, Loretta's War Sickle, Death Ritual Spear, Death's Poker, Siluria's Tree, Family Heads, Rivers of Blood, Magma Wrym's Scalesword and just about any legendary weapon depending on the Nightlord's resistences.

Any bow with Rain of Arrows is amazing powerful but against some Nightlords like Fulgor you might have a rough time getting value out of it, but against Adel, Pests, anything bigger than Fulghor really you will do amazing damage, a +1 Shortbow with Rain of Arrows + weapon skill passives does more damage than almost anything else you can equip.
With this setup Radahn's bow is the best weapon in the game.
