You can argue that makes it bad stage acting, but I just meant to critique Anon for not knowing how hard acting can be across mediums. Shakespeare is hard to translate for the screen. Anyone who has tried to do any filmmaking or photography, and who has read Shakespeare, would think so. Some things are easier to represent on the stage and the audiences have different expectations. Cinema acts more like a pure experience or dream, with more emphasis on visuals and audio in concentrated and subtle fashions.
