>iran would say so
lmao why would they. So they can get surprise attacked again? Ambiguity is the best thing possible for them. Plus there was no detection of a radiation leak from Fordow.
>the severe decline in launches is evidence of severe erosion of that capability.
Likely a tactic to deplete Israel's interceptors as even these smaller swarms of Iran's oldest missile class were rapidly consuming Israel's stockpile, clearing the way for slower and more accurate stuff down the line as Iran was clearly trying to turn this into a war of attrition. There's a reason why Israel was the one to ask for a ceasefire.
If the IAF actually meaningfully depleted their TELs, they would be posting vids of it. They haven't because they didn't because they couldn't. Most of the TELs destroyed were destroyed with on the ground assets in the beginning of the war. It's as simple as that.

Please point to literally any time in modern military history where the assassination of leadership resulted in any meaningful degradation of military capabilities. In fact, you probably did the IRGC a favor as getting rid of a bunch of generals is a good way to get fresh, more adaptable to change blood in the ranks. Eisenhower wiped out nearly the entire general corps on the eve of WW2 and you can't call America's performance in WW2 unsatisfactory.
