heya, i'm trying to build a system for a friend which is basically going to be a paradox game station (Vicky 3 (i know..) and EU5). he has a 1080p display and will most likely not play anything else. Budget is ~1k EUR (Germany). I've come up with the first draft of a build that might work for him:

but input would be greatly appreciated. I would've rolled with AM4 and the 5800x3d but it's seemingly no longer available. Case etc is just almost the cheapest option too because he doesn't care about it.
