Looks good anon. I like to add some fresh jalapeno slices when I make Italian sausages. Pic related from a couple of weeks ago. I went to a Greek steakhouse tonight, because I was feeling lazy, and had a hamburger steak with onions and gravy, some green beans and a salad.
