Heaven is less bad than it seems it's just that people play shit decks. Like running TWO Lapis and running LMAOGRAIL in a craft that has no Kuon/Genesis Dragon.
I tried Control Heaven and it sucked ass, cooked up a midrange deck with creatures that actually do useful shit and went from losing in Topaz D3 to winning in Sapphire B0.
