remember a few weeks ago I mentioned a mortgage company with a few unconventional financial instruments? they can give ya equity in your home (only if its worth 1mil or more) only in exchange for a fractional deed in a percentage up to 49%. I never heard of this before, I could only read about fractional deeds in the form of an alternative to timeshares, but now a cash poor lad can get instant cash in exchange for giving this company a fractional deed that will only be used when it comes to sell the home, they get their fraction of the sale. It exchanges interest rates for home value appreciation, so the value of the fractional deed is what the home is worth when it is sold.
the more I thought about it, the more I found ways that this was a valuable financial instrument for many different kinds of people, mainly landlords and short sighted but cash poor millionaires.
this company was sitting at all time lows, but I scooped up some shares, and now it seems like the wider market is agreeing with me on the fractional deed home equity thing, it is cool and beeline (BLNE) is popping off in pre-market
That is why it is useful to read a few 10k's of all time lows. I bought at 0.68, and I hope the price is much better when a few more of you wake up and read this blogpost. cheap companies aren't cheap if the ideas behind them are novel and interesting. I never even gave a shit about fundamentals, and the ticker price was dirt cheap I wasn't risking much.
or this could be the broker/dealer doing a pump to gain attention, price will be sub dollar next week. I do not care, I will set a wide-ish stop in the afternoon, still come out with a heap of profit.
Then I sift through more all time low 10k's. simple as that.
