it seems to effect all elemental damage on the regular weapon attacks.
it changes fire longsword with flaming strike affinity damage from 78+21 to 82+23. so 6 more damage per hit when buffed with that weapon + AoW
multi sources of added affinity do stack.

The extra stamina is 10 extra stamina apparently.
