This happens in every chapter dump thread I do, and I love it.
Here's the publication and chronological reading order, including the "Pixiv Extra" omake strips that were mostly done between doujin 3 and when the manga began.
Its all one continuity, and it makes the doujin so much better.

I mean, that's totally fine.
The original doujinshi was not planning for the series to become what it is now. When the first doujin was published, the author had no plans for the characters to even switch to using given names. The switch to given names became a plot point years later in doujin 4 when Yukina does it.
I don't think the doujin's porn logic intro ruins the manga, though. The manga still runs on porn logic even though it isn't porn. Every reminder of Lisa being a part of the harem is a big "porn logic" neon sign for me. Nothing wrong with that, I don't need my romcoms to be serious or realistic.
