Pretty much.
I don't hate Rachel. But she worked better as a character that we only knew about from other peoples perspectives on who she was.
Her inclusion in BtS already really distracted from what should have been a 100% Chloe focused story. That game should have ended at the point when the two first met.

Any mention of the timelines in DE always makes me laugh. I think more then any other single element in DE, it sums up the game perfectly.
