Goind to a human settlement means your age is irrelevant to a bonus because the youthful appearance is constant, they will have humility or arrogance will be something cute coming from someone less than 100 years old and your average is already high ranking for human standards by default because they won't have the same practice in archery or spells unless they are outliers or min-maxed autists.
