I don't know, you'd genuinely have to ask Kubo to know. There are some rational explanations out there like
>she didn't want to because he would fight her friends again
>he faded away too fast and she was in a trance/hesitated
>it doesn't matter because she couldn't have healed him anyway (just like with Ichigo earlier)

A fourth meta explanation is that Kubo was done with Ulquiorra's character and just wanted him gone no matter what. But her not even trying to heal him renders Orihime as pretty callous and, worst of all, the heart between her and Ulquiorra meaningless. Or that at least the heart as it was explained in Kaien's flashback must mean something else in this case. That's because if Ulquiorra left his heart with Orihime, like Kaien did with Rukia, it never lived on with her; she never brought it him up once after his death. He could've at least had her bring up the poor guy, to at least show she cared, so I don't really know.

It's small things like this that really bother me at times with Kubo's writing. Even some of the best moments in the series seem to have issues when viewed under scrutiny.
