I forgot but they do have unique stuff to them. Though I think Agony could create more chemicals beyond acid like explosives, smokescreens, flashbangs, etc. Lasher needs to have malleability and maybe could generate little symbiote goop spots in a room that he can sprout tendrils or weapons from while always having multiple arms on himself, Phage could maybe just be the general mad scientist type who creates buffs and debuffs as well as the medic possibly, Riot is the combiner torso of a zord/robot who's weapons combine with another's to make a better one and being able to harden like Colossus, and Scream could be more stealthy and lean like Mania was, move fast, and maybe her thing alongside sonic screams would be her being projectile focused, shooting out mini-spikes from her hair.
Maybe they could be used with their old hosts who are ressurrected for some mysterious reason and have to navigate the symbiote planet itself. That could work.

Marvel has now said Venom is so used to Eddie that it likes to be that way. Kinda dumb. Symbiotes in general I think are best when they are a costume and fit their host. The powers can flip back and forth as to who influences who but physcially it is generally a costume that fits the person. I don't like what Ewing and Cates did when they had Dylan just be able to be the size of Eddie. There's gotta be limits on the symbiote's power. Like he can get buffer and have strength but he shouldn't be as strong as if Eddie was in there and be the size of Eddie.
