No probs, and best of luck! Spell lab has no spoilers whatsoever: It's just a puzzle game added on top of the Noita engine (it even has "achievements" for encouragement) to guide you through the wand stats and mechanics, as well as spells. Iirc it was a little tricky getting mods to start, like you had to click some little pixel thingie in the corner of the starting menu to have them boot up?
Good starters would be exploring, and learning how to survive (enemy movesets/behaviour, etc). The best way to kill stuff is to shoot/hurt enemies without placing yourself in the line of fire: Use projectile drop to "shoot around corners" for example. Also the game is a physics engine and almost all enemies as well as yourself will get rekt by getting hit by physical objects (like green tablets...). There are a small handful of objects materials that are safe to you though: The already mentioned green tablets, ice and rocks will never hurt you as long as you're "you"...
