Individually the skills, jobs, races, traits are not complex
All of them are relatively simple
The problem is the sheer amount of the combination between all of them that lead to that complexity
The dev tried to simplified the process by introducing powercreep between each parts, but even then it is still overwhelming if you dont know what you are doing
