That means I dont do anything that Ive noticed to worsen my ability to 'think'. So no sugar, no video slop,no video games, no food until dinner, no talking with people too much. Ive noticed that meditation and coffee help me think.

Often I literally cannot play games on my own, partly because I was showered with guilt during my teen years about how they're just a waste of time.
It doesn't help that a lot of vidya nowadays are trash.

I think problems can end once and for all once a remedy is found.

All I can say is that I have been bullied countless time from grade school to the workplace: although only on a social level, not on a physical one because I'm on the taller side and somewhat strong as well
