>How is that normal?
Because, as it has already been pointed out to you, a year and a half was not an abnormally long wait for a character who was not a CYL winner.
>Alright, so you're already changing your own argument. Good to know you conceded.
>Went from "Regular alts and crashed in CYL4" to "Went a year and a half without alts, then crashed in CYL4."
You must be very forgetful, because I have said that from the start. A year and a half was not a long time without an alt.

Getting alts every year and a half WAS a regular amount of alts for a non-CYL winner.
Here. I'll even prove it to you.
In CYL3 Cordelia came 28th and Mia came 29th.
Mia had two units since 2017. Her base alt, and her Halloween alt in October 2018.
Cordelia had three alts since 2017. Base, bridal and Summer in June 2018.
Cordelia was getting alts more frequently than Mia. Cordelia had more alts than Mia. Cordelia's most recent alt was only a few months before Mia's.
Who crashed harder in CYL4?
Cordelia.
Who survived the 3H wave?
Mia.
A character that was getting alts less frequently than Cordelia prior to CYL4, that had her most recent alt a few months after Cordelia's, did not crash hard like Cordelia did.
This is because Cordelia did not crash because of neglect. She crashed because she was a victim of the 3H Wave, like the rest of Fateswakening.
