Honestly, rather than have Silver tell us why his future is bad for the people, they should have showed us. Sure it would have been somewhat Cliché, but take Attack on Titan for instant, If Silver had a opening like that show/ manga did, it would justify why silver is such a emotional bitch all the time. Plus it would make good world building.
