Here's the most recent statistics for Chinese internet cafes in July. Overwatch is at #12 while Rivals is somewhere out of the top 50, most likely down near rank 100 like it is in South Korea. And here are some links to Douyu, a Chinese streaming site, so you can directly compare the number of livestreams for both games. Mind you, it is the middle of the night there, but Overwatch is currently sitting at 46 streams while Rivals has 2.

Marvel Rivals remains somewhere outside of the top 50. This correlates with South Korea's PC Bang statistics, where Overwatch is holding steady at #7 and Marvel Rivals fluctuates around rank 100. Will be interesting to see how Wuyang's release impacts the game's popularity in the region.
