I REALLY would like to say that they're all underage and pass it off as kids being total retards but I've had the displeasure of knowing "adults" who act like this. They are without a doubt the most insufferable group of people I've ever encountered.
If you are unfamiliar with the term "irony poisoning," it's when someone is essentially incapable of taking anything seriously and is being constantly ironic in every facet of their life. I do not mean someone who acts ironic as a joke, these are people who quite literally cannot actually take things seriously. They're not able to be genuine at all, this is an actual state of mind for them. Everything you hate about zoomers, this culture is a crystallization of that. In my humble anonymous opinion these people are all normalfags. I don't consider normalfaggotry to be "do you say nigger or not" or "do you like hitler" or what have you - it's not about what you like but instead it's a state of mind. It's the state of mind the masses have, they're unconscious and they can't imagine apples. They have fallen into the rabbit hole of irony poisoning and come out the other side a walking NPC that is only capable of repeating the same few words and phrases that their environment has told them to say. Someone "based and redpilled" can very easily be a normalfag - normalfags are identified by their lack of having any real opinions or beliefs and instead just deferring to those of their environment. Raising someone in a "based and redpilled" location does not stop them from being a normalfag, if you never taught an NPC that saying nigger is bad and then just raised them to say it, it'd be the same thing.
These people are quite literally incapable of going one day without talking about trannies, pedos, or using their disgusting zoomerspeak. It is a textbook example of brainrot. They're not conscious enough to realize it, if you say otherwise they call you a tranny.
