You have perfect blood tests, you think you’re exempt? Well, sorry to disappoint you but the reality is quite different. Blood tests are far from reliable and do not at all provide a holistic vision. One can very legitimately question their reliability when vegans do not show the slightest iron deficiency while carnivores can have one.
Do you sincerely believe that a person who does not consume fish or eggs, who has no exposure to vitamin D, can claim to have as much vitamin D as needed? Blood tests often show no abnormality in these profiles.
On top of that, it is impossible to truly measure the body’s needs. It will simply depend on your level of internal toxicity. The more medications you have taken, vaccines you have received, inappropriate food you have eaten and toxins you have been exposed to during your life, the greater your nutrient needs will be in order to repair all the damage you have done to your body. The body prioritizes the use of nutrients depending on your profile. It may deem it good to prioritize the use of nutrients in a single organ and neglect the rest. Once one organ is deemed sufficiently healthy, the body focuses on another organ.
You can guess that the more the body judges something to be secondary to your survival, the more it will neglect its nutrient supply. That is why the first degenerations affect hair and teeth: they are not the most important to your survival.
People mistakenly think cavities are genetic because some individuals manage to keep their teeth despite a lack of hygiene. These people are simply prioritizing the use of their nutrients in their dentition and above all have inherited from previous generations enough nutrients to withstand an unbalanced diet throughout their lives. Few people understand that the quality of prenatal nutrition in previous generations often has more impact on an entire life than a supposedly balanced diet from birth. Even though, according to my standards, it is not at all balanced.
