Was Neon Dynasty supposed to come out in 2023 or last year? Is the reason they reworked the entire game to Deadlock because Valve said it looked like absolute ass or that they dropped Sweet Baby Inc and Neon Dynasty was their game?

How do I use the Synchro thingy again? My SRs are better than my SSRs. Trying to remember what one anon said. Was it:
>Use Synchro with SRs first til they're all max level and limit broken
>Then move onto SSRs
So when do spare bodies to limit break them come in?
