90’s Dezaki was absolutely insane when it came to production values. He was also on an edgy gothic horror stint starting with Oniisama e, and Black Jack was basically just building off of what Oniisama established. Even crazier is that Oniisama e is a TV series, yet it’s just as visually impressive as BJ.
