As someone who is familiar with lotto, state lotto is often far far lower than mega millions people are thinking, from mega millions, powerball, etc. OP is most likely looking at ~50k-300k depending on the state. If it's some frozen hell like North Dakota it could be as low as 22k, a state that does not need you to disclose your name.

Exactly how much did you win Anon? How are you paying taxes, a large amount of people who win the lotto end up in courts with it all gone due to failing to properly pay their taxes. Hire a CPA from a reputable firm in your area, lay out EVERYTHING you've done, cut your NEETbux off, and then see exactly how much you have. Often the gov takes 40-45% of your winnings.
You then need to invest, in something real not like bitcoin, or lock in some of your earnings for when you inevitably spend too much and crash, lock away no less than 100k in some investment or trust that you can't access because you need poosy drunk one night.
YOLO'ing it is the worst thing you can do right now. But again 99% chance this is a larp since unless I missed it OP didn't even disclose the amount he won, which changes a lot of things.
