I love the look of your game but I have to agree in that it doesn't look very fun to play (but it could). My two cents:
>add big muzzleflashes for player and enemies
>the sprite for when a bullet dissappear when hitting an enemy or wall is super weak, barely visible at time
>add some movement to the player. My game improved a lot when I added the knight's cape, which seems like a small detail but the more visual feedback you give to the player, the better
>speaking of feedback, add some blood or particles coming out of the enemies when they get hit
>more feedback: animate the enemies bullets. In my game they went from red-yellow to kinda purple, making them very easy to spot.
>way more subjective but I'm not a fan of how your player shoots: very fast and very weak. My take is that making Cirno here shoot slower but making each shot count more would make the game more fun. That said, I'm not into Touhou so maybe Cirno's thing is shooting fast? Dunno.
