I generally have a list of prompts that have general poses, expressions, etc. in addition to those pertaining to specific characters and outfits. I'll let the AI wing it most of the time as far the perspective goes, but sometimes I'll add 'straight-on' or 'three-quarters view' if I want the 'camera angle' a certain way.
Take the maids I've been posting recently, for example. I'm generally posting what I feel are the best from each prompt list, and even though the AI is working with the same thing each time, there is still a lot of variance, which I tend to prefer.
