For those who are interested, Midjourney has received an update and now also added a video function. It's still in it's early stages, but with a bit prompting you can make pretty cool things. Note that it is heavily censored. If an image or prompt is too focussed on nudity, it will cancel the generation. It is also a paid service (around 20USD a month) and its video service still pales in comparison to its normal image generation.

It's no Novelai though, for copyrighted characters are a bit of an issue still. But you can upload your own images and ask the ai to put the character in different clothes/situations and stuff.
