The chart is about rules quality, sorry if that got lost in translation. Model quality held up longer and was distributed differently, but still absolutely tanked with the hyper-detailed and mosproportioned trash that came from 5th onward.

The Magus is good, agreed.
Raveners are an overdesigned, inferior remake of older models.
Preachers are on par with a simple kitbash you could do 20 years ago. And they're a niche, monopose release. Every older metal character from the middlehammer era blows them out of the water.
New space wolves are better than 5th-7th space wolves because the latter were by and large utter garbage. 3rd Ed Logan is genuinely better than the hunchbacked retard that is 10th ed Logan.
