Recently I was thinking that Vegeta as a character literally would not work in today's climate

>Beats the absolute fucking dogshit out of Goku, it's really not even a remotely even fight
>Even after being defeated by the remaining heroes, he leaves completely unrepentant and if not for Namek would've made a second round at trying to destroy Earth
>On Namek he wipes out a Namekian village while searching for the Dragon Balls (these guys ALSO never get wished back btw)
>Like a hair's breadth away from killing Goku while Ginyu had bodyjacked him
>Threatens Bulma with death for daring to suggest that they take out Gero's Androids before 3 years pass
>Doesn't even try to save Bulma and Trunks when they get attacked by Gero
>In general is the most dickheaded asshat to Future Trunks throughout the arc
>Lets Cell absorb Android 18 so he can have a dickmeasuring contest

You could straight up argue this dude is the real villain of the entire "Z" portion with all his antics
