sure, its the first choice for many people. choose cleanser for your skin type. cerave AM is pretty good sunscreen too, get spf50. as for retinol, get the resurfacing retinol serum. start with these 3 and if you notice any kind of dryness after a few days, get moisturizer (cerave body lotion or cerave PM) and use it 15-20 minutes after applying retinol in pm routine.
am routine
- wash face with water (cleanser is optional in the morning unless you are super oily)
- cerave am
pm routine
- wash face with clenser (to get rid of sunscreen)
- wait 15-20 minutes
- cerave resurfacing retinol serum
- (optional: wait 15-20 minutes and apply moisturizer)
