Agreed, and that is precisely what I did. My point is that even Buffet doesn't exactly know what is going to happen (though I value his perspective much more than Burry or Cramer, unless the latter's as an inverse indicator.) Again, Burry took out huge bets thinking that he could time the meltdown; he barely made it in 2008 and in 2025 has been taking enormous losses. He can probably come out of this alright, but mitwits emulating him run a high risk of getting wiped out.
