The best thing is that even in Kaho's statement, she never once mentioned Alex by name and she didn't say

She just had a shitty meeting with some young foreign dude that came across as a regular industry sleazebag and mostly wrote it off then and there. She was just told by a fellow content creator that he casually reveals information about the talents in private. And her claims are validated in this seemingly real pitch deck, where the person who should have the most information on their talents would be Alex, the company's director of talent in Japan. Even if he wasn't Omega, even if he didn't create this deck, Vshojo only had 30 employees so it isn't hard to narrow down the list of subjects. And it still paints the company in a really bad light, something like this happened and it was a closed secret among people in the know.
