Regular cmd squad can buy shields for 2ppm, still cheaper than these guys. They lose their pistols though. All in all, they look like a solid sidegrade, especially since the pistols are extra worth it given Death Dealers. I just wish they were Banestrike. They're already holding Banestrike bolters, just slot the mags into the pistols!

also a shame that they can't take the SoH special prime upgrade given it only works with elites. Honestly, it feels like the entire SoH ruleset was built around Justaerin and everything else was a bit of an afterthought
